What same-day availability actually looks like

Michael's standard hours run 7 days a week, 7:00 am – 9:00 pm, plus 24/7 emergency availability. Same-day appointments within those hours are available for a $25 surcharge, subject to current scheduling. True after-hours emergencies are handled on a 24/7 best-effort basis — call or text as early as possible so availability can be confirmed.

What counts as an emergency or same-day appointment?

• A hospital discharge or procedure requiring a signed healthcare directive or POA
• A real estate closing document needed before end of day
• A hospice or end-of-life situation requiring urgent document execution
• Any document with a same-day filing or submission deadline

Evening & weekend appointments

Outside standard weekday daytime hours — evenings and weekends — a $25 surcharge applies. This is separate from the emergency/same-day surcharge; if your appointment is both urgent and after-hours, both surcharges apply.
