General Notarization Services

Not every document fits a category. If it needs a notary, Michael can likely help — and he'll come to you.

Beyond estate planning and real estate, everyday life produces plenty of documents that need a notary's acknowledgment, jurat, oath, or affirmation — insurance claims, financial forms, vehicle title transfers, and school or employment paperwork among them.

What counts as a 'general notarization'?

Any standard notarial act — an acknowledgment, jurat, oath/affirmation, or signature witnessing — that doesn't fall under estate planning, healthcare directives, or real estate. Common examples include insurance forms, financial account documents, vehicle bill-of-sale forms, and school or employment affidavits.

Do I need an appointment for a single document?

Yes — Michael travels to your location for every appointment, so booking ahead (even for a single-page document) ensures a time is reserved. Same-day requests are welcome, subject to availability, for an additional $25.

Michael notarizes documents — he does not prepare legal documents or provide legal advice. For guidance on which documents you need, please consult a licensed Florida attorney.
